OE Mythical Analytics — Privacy Policy
OE Mythical Analytics is a private analytics tool used by the Mythical Beings team. It connects to authorised services in read-only mode to prepare internal performance reports.
Google data we access
When an authorised user connects YouTube, the tool accesses the account email address, YouTube channel metadata, and YouTube Analytics metrics such as views, watch time, subscriber changes and content performance. The tool requests only the Google scopes needed for this read-only reporting.
How we use the data
We use the data only to collect, reconcile and display analytics for the authorised Mythical Beings accounts and to generate internal daily or weekly summaries. We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance or training general-purpose AI models.
Storage and sharing
OAuth credentials are stored encrypted on the private Open Executive backend. They are not exposed to the browser, reports or model prompts. Imported analytics are stored in the private company workspace. We do not sell Google user data or share it with third parties, except service providers required to operate the private infrastructure or when required by law.
Retention and deletion
Analytics and credentials are retained while the connection is active and for the operational history needed by the team. An authorised user can disconnect the integration in Open Executive, revoke access from their Google Account, and request deletion of imported data by contacting us. Revoking access stops future collection.
Security
The application uses least-privilege, read-only scopes, encrypted credential storage, access controls and private network access. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but access is limited to authorised operators.
